| All rates
include a cleaning fee. Occupancy by 4 people or less
receives a 10% discount. One month rental or other lengths
of time are negotiable. A deposit is required for a
reservation (50% of the total amount of the contract). A
Refundable Security Deposit is 50% of the total amount.
The balance is due 30 days before occupancy. |
Smoking is not
allowed. We cannot accommodate guest pets, Children are
welcome but childcare is not provided.
Check-in time : 2:00pm / Check-out time : 12:00pm (noon). |
